This is best thing I have ever done for myself. The instructors provide a nurturing and upbeat environment for beginners and advanced students alike!! Got me over my fear of fitness!!
The staff is amazing. The instructors I've had at Pure Barre are really pros, and they're friendly and helpful, especially to beginners like me. I'm very satisfied with the progress I've made at Pure Barre.

4 years in and almost 800 classes now and still loving barre. Define has become 1 of my favorite classes offered. There are lots of new instructors since my post below, but I enjoy them all. Pure barre is different from any type of workout I have done in the past and the results show. I am over 50 and have better muscle definition and core strength than I ever have.
