What an incredible workout! I love how Pure Barre meets you where you are at. When I began I was in one place physically and now several years later I am so much stronger and balanced but am still challenged every class. Having the format be similar each class has an almost meditative quality which has had great mental benefits for me while also having it not quite the same (different types of classes and ever changing routines) keeps it interesting and helps it be a thorough full body workout.
