I really love Pure Barre classes in North Reno. All the instructors are great! In few moths Barre exercises made me very flexible and I gain muscle beyond my expectations.

Pure Barre is the perfect workout! It’s such a beautifully balanced combination of Pilates, ballet, and strength training - challenging yet low-impact, graceful yet powerful. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more flexible, and completely re-energized. The movements are small but incredibly effective, and the instructors are always motivating and encouraging. It’s a total mind-body workout that tones everything and lifts your mood at the same time. Absolutely love it! ✨
Just completed my second workout here and I’m loving it! It is challenging me in new ways as I am usually a HIIT workout fanatic. I can definitely feel those deep abdominal muscles working. Can’t wait to try more classes!
