Literally had the worst experience here. I highly recommend reading the membership requirements carefully. I called to cancel end of September and didn’t get a call back. After multiple messages I was called back and then told that now it’s to late it’s the begging of October and that they never received my phone calls and I was going to be charged for the following month as well. I had the pleasure of being a part of the Pure Barre community in Hingham, and I can confidently say that it is an amazing workout establishment. The supportive community, coupled with the fun events organized, creates an environment that is both enjoyable and conducive to achieving fitness goals. Love this place. Friendly staff. Clean. Positive. The door to the bathroom doesn't lock, so change before you get there. A little pricey, but worth it.
The classes were ok but it was very “cliquey” and the instructors would only help out the people they knew. It was uncomfortable. My mom ended up in a bad accident and I had to move in with my parents an hour away to take care of them for a few months. They froze my account but charged me to freeze it and then continued to charge me monthly. You think they would of had a little more compassion since I did express I couldn’t work to take care of my mother but instead they are just concerned about charging you $75 a month. Lef... read more
