I have mobility & strength problems in my right leg / knee from an accident a few years ago that have limited my approach to traditional fitness. After hearing Pure Barre was low impact, I thought I would give it a shot & I'm glad I did! I have not sustained a sweat like this in a time. Pure Barre Bismarck has been a wonderful addition to my work out regimen. Julie and all of the coaches are so wonderful and encouraging yet push you to your limit when you need it most! I love having a variety of classes to choose from and how every class is different.
