It’s the best full body workout I’ve ever found that includes strength and flexibility. I love that I don’t have to plan my own workout and try to remember what I did last time like I would at a gym. I just show up, listen to the music, and do what the well-trained instructors tell me to do. I leave feeling challenged but not defeated.

I have been going to Pure Barre for almost 9 years and I am still loving it!! The workouts continue to be challenging and so effective. I continue to add muscle mass which is so important as we age. The owners, instructors and staff are so helpful and encouraging. I also have come to love the community that exists there! Longest that I have stuck with one program and will keep coming back. Pure Barre The Woodlands is so much more than just a workout — it's a community. They might have great workouts but they lack in customer service. The receptionist Ann was rude and disrespectful. Sorry I wasn't wearing my Lululemon tights. My Vuori shorts were quite more comfortable. Maybe I didn't fit the "profile" or perhaps I wasn't white enough. Just for the record, my mom is whiter than you, Ann. I can see you don't need the clientele.
