I cannot recommend Pure Barre Vail Valley enough! I have had a hard relationship with sticking to work outs for my whole 31 years of life, and this is the first time I've found something that I love and want to stick to. I've even tried Pure Barre's at other locations, but there is something so special about this one at Vail Valley. Thank you to all the amazing teachers!!!!

I love Pure Barre Vail Valley! It's a fantastic, fun full body workout! It never gets old or boring, the format is the same for each type of class but each class is different. You can make the class as difficult as you want based on your own personal needs, there are tons of modifications if needed. I've been taking barre classes for 12 years and I can confirm it's a safe, effective and fun work out. This studio is clean, bright and filled with friendly faces. I can’t say enough good things about Pure Barre Vail Valley. The workouts are effective—low-impact but high-intensity, and they target muscles I didn’t even know I had. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more flexible, and energized. The instructors are amazing. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at helping you with form and technique.
