I love Pure Barre Vail Valley! It's a fantastic, fun full body workout! It never gets old or boring, the format is the same for each type of class but each class is different. You can make the class as difficult as you want based on your own personal needs, there are tons of modifications if needed. I can’t say enough good things about Pure Barre Vail Valley. The workouts are effective—low-impact but high-intensity, and they target muscles I didn’t even know I had. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, more flexible, and energized. The instructors are amazing. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at helping you with form and technique.
