Ashley Deschamps continues to be fabulous! I love all of my classes with her and I especially love the fact that she can make subtle changes that I can truly understand and feel. I have not been to class for a while and she is such a great inspiration to get me started again. She is so good at what she does!!!

Katie is always so enthusiastic and welcoming. I love her classes and I always feel I’ve pushed myself to get the most out of the class. Bridgette’s class is always challenging and her directions are very clear. I always feel I’ve gotten a great barre workout with her. I look forward to the class every week! I usually do home workouts so the class atmosphere is new to me. The define class is challenging but effective! Ashley is super friendly and knowledgeable. I’m definitely enjoying it more than I thought I would.
