Staff are all so welcoming and knowledgable. Classes are full body workouts offered mornings and evenings. I leave every class looking forward to my next one!

Amazing classes and the staff and all the ladies are so warm and welcoming. I only wish they could figure out the temperature in the room, it is too hot in there. I’m all for sweating, but I don’t want to be dripping sweat within minutes because it is distracting and limits me in my workout as I’m trying to wipe myself down. The thermostat said 73.
