I went to my first class here the other day and had such a great experience! Sofia M was my instructor and she was amazing. She went out of her way to introduce herself before class started and made me feel comfortable right away. Since it was my first time, I really appreciated how welcoming and encouraging she was throughout the class. What a great location. I will be back to take another class with Sofia.
I had such an amazing class with Quetzal. I came in with a few specific questions about my form, and she took so much time to actually teach me, not just correct me and move on. She explained the movements in a way that finally made things click and gave me such thoughtful, individualized feedback throughout the class. Nice space but no stairs only elevator and it takes forever to arrive
My favorite workout. Teachers have great energy. Dina will help you reshape your body. Music is so helpful!
