I have a very bad back and I thought Pure Barre would help me out and give me more flexibility. The last few years I haven't been able to play golf because of my back but since I started Pure Barre I can golf almost every other day and I'm not in pain! And I'm skiing again.
I’ve been doing barre classes for 10+ years at different locations across the country, and this Pure Barre Boise studio is the best of the best. Every teacher is welcoming and attentive. The music is motivating and fun. There is a great mix of classes to get different workouts, from heavier weights, stretching, quick intensive workouts and classic barre. It’s become the best addiction and easiest habit I’ve picked up this year resulting in toned legs, bootie, abs and arms!
