I live in Naples, Florida and Joshua, who lives in Orlando, approximately three hours away, was very kind to help me with my problems with my pool, over the phone, even though he didn’t have to, and he knew that I would not be able to use his services. he was very helpful and knowledgeable, and my only regret is that he doesn’t live near me because I would use him to take care of my pool. I highly recommend him.
I loved Pure and Simple Pool Care. As a new pool owner I had lots of question and Josh was patient and responsive. Always a quick call back or visit, if needed, when I had a concern. Highly recommend!!

They don't do a good job, the pool is damaged or dirty most of the time.
A reliable small business with a hard-working owner (Josh) who is very knowledgeable and will cater to all of your needs from pool-cleaning to diagnosing & fixing operational pool equipment issues. 5 stars. Great customer experience & highly recommend these dudes
