They don't do a good job, the pool is damaged or dirty most of the time.
Josh provides a service that is slow and often times unreliable. He would promise to come out at a set day of the week and it would fluctuate. Always an excuse as to why the date would change. For the price charged per week you would expect a higher notch of service. Also, when I was laid off few months ago had to suspend the service and recently when asked Josh to resume the service since we were just used to him he said he may have to charge more depending on the pool condition. Our pool was headed for trouble as our last pool guy skipped out on us. With the hot, rainy weather, it was getting green fast. After reading reviews, I contacted Joshua. He answered the phone and made plans to look at the pool within a day or two. He got started right away and had the pool cleared up in no time. He also helped us identify a leak that needed to be fixed. I highly recommend Joshua based on our experience so far.
