After a previous poor experience with another contractor, I was relieved when this technician identified the issue within 30 minutes and efficiently replaced a faulty capacitor. Although the quote was slightly higher than others I received, the straightforward approach and quick resolution made up for it.
The appointment went exactly as expected. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and completed the work neatly.

The installation of the new thermostat turned out to be straightforward, although it took a couple of hours because they noticed some wiring issues that needed addressing first. The technician was thorough and explained everything clearly, which I appreciated compared to past services where I've felt rushed through the process.
Portable A/C works better now.
