We have been using Pure Air Solutions since we moved to Denver 10 years ago. We bought a new furnace and AC unit from them at different times. Always had great customer service. We have the maintenance plan and my husband has been trying to get someone to return his call for over 3 months with no response. Now their mailbox is full. I don’t know what is happening but we are totally disappointed with their recent service.

I have been a “member” of their service plan since 2018. I have had difficulty contacting them in the past also, but this year after renewing my plan I have been trying to get ahold of them for well over 3 months for my Spring service. Mailbox full, no email response, no response to scheduling an appointment, no possible way to get ahold of them. I am now left trying to do chargebacks on my credit card for the service plan and encourage others that are having the same issues to also file a complaint with the Better Business ... read more

Not really sure what happened with being able to talk to an actual person to schedule repairs. We've had great service with this company when they had an office person that we could actually talk to and schedule with. The last two times we've left a voicemail, since that's how I guess getting scheduled goes now. Received a call back and was serviced. The most recent call we've made, nothing. I was very disappointed with Pure Air solutions service (or lack of service). My elderly Mom paid them to repair her fireplace and it is still not working. She’s reached out to them and so I have multiple times for the last 2 weeks with no response. She paid them a lot of money and even has a warranty on the paperwork. Very disappointing to know they took advantage of her.

Like the other recent reviews I have been using this company for years but now there is no response. Paid for the yearly service and can't get the ac or water heater tune-ups unless I pay someone else.
