We have been using Pure Air Solutions since we moved to Denver 10 years ago. We bought a new furnace and AC unit from them at different times. Always had great customer service. We have the maintenance plan and my husband has been trying to get someone to return his call for over 3 months with no response. Now their mailbox is full. I don’t know what is happening but we are totally disappointed with their recent service.

Not really sure what happened with being able to talk to an actual person to schedule repairs. We've had great service with this company when they had an office person that we could actually talk to and schedule with. The last two times we've left a voicemail, since that's how I guess getting scheduled goes now. Received a call back and was serviced. The most recent call we've made, nothing. I just had the most amazing experience. Over the years I’ve had several companies inspect & clean my furnace for its annual maintenance. Kevin was amazing. He cleaned up the past mistakes made by others & I feel confident that my furnace, humidifier & my Spring tune up of my air conditioner will be happier going forward!!

We had a new AC system installed this summer and heating system repair this fall. In both cases, Kevin and his team were prompt, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I had a terrible experience with a different HVAC company that charged for an AC repair that didn't work and then tried to sell me an AC system for thousands of dollars more than Pure Air Solutions. I highly recommend Pure Air Solutions for their expertise and great pricing.

We had Pure Air Solutions come out this spring to do a check on our AC unit. The tech did a good job and sold us an additional service agreement for $158 to come out fall and next spring for seasonal maintenance. Kevin was supposed to come out last Monday for the check but never showed. When I called Pure Air no answer or response. I have requested a refund of the $158 and have received nothing as of today. They have very poor customer service and seem to be very shady. Anyone reading this know how to get my money o... read more
