If I could give them zero stars I would. They were paid thousands of dollars to test and clean a house I had just purchased. They told all parties involved they could not get any test kits then planned to do NOTHING. I had to call multiple times to get them to even return to the property to inspect the results of their treatment . How do they stay on business ?
Maybe they're out of business? Over the last few weeks, I've called a few times - no answer. Left a voicemail - no response. I submitted a contact request on their website - no response. Nothing on their website or Facebook page about vacation, etc. UPDATE 4 months later: I tried reaching out again. Same experience - zero response. They must be out of business.
