I had hired PureAir to install two brand new HVAC units - one in our poolhouse and one in the barn. Both units stopped working within months. The AC unit in the poolhouse stopped cooling entirely. The AC unit in the barn was leaking and never cooled the rooms. I repeatedly called him to come back and fix the units. Never heard back. Totally unprofessional. Gary came promptly, snd quickly diagnosed the problem. He let me watch him work explained what he was doing. Diagnosis and refrigerant fill was a very reasonable price.
