We ordered filters by e-mail, during the call they were very rude and not complying at all which ended up in them cursing me out, pretty disappointed in this company very unprofessional Don’t waste your time calling this people
Excellent filters and quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for precisely made filters for their home or business.
I never ordered because when I called to inquire the response I got was "do you want information or do you want to buy filters?". I only had a chance to introduce myself so at that point I told him that's ok, I will call elsewhere. I did give my business elsewhere and disappointed for that horrible customer service. I feel very sorry for the owner if that is the people they employ (hopefully it wasn't the owner).
