I will never patronize this business again due to poor customer service. I purchased a Groupon deal for 2 facials. I went in for the 1st facial and it went OK... nothing to brag about, nothing special but it was a decent facial. The esthetician WILL TRY AND SELL YOU a lot of products so just be prepared in that. After the 1st appointment, the receptionist "strongly encouraged" (nice pushy) me into setting another appointment and told me I could cancel at any time.
