I don't use the gym itself (weights and machines) but the facilities and equipment are beautiful and it's spotlessly clean. I do however utilize the studio and go to fitness classes almost daily and have done a wide variety of them (from Spin to Barre, Pilates and Yoga) with a wide variety of instructors and would recommend this facility and studio to anyone. Best Gym? No. Okay Gym? Sure. I tried their 1 month trial here at the gym and I will not be continuing. I can see it being a good gym for some people, but it's not a good gym for me. Here's my comprehensive review: Cons: - Bad Atmosphere. It's dark, everything is grey or black, there's not natural light. It's all concrete and there's no acoustic treatment, so it can get loud, especially when there's a spin class going on. I had a terrible experience with Christine Crawford, she is a gym trainer. She was rude, dismissive, and made several inappropriate comments that felt very racist. I would not recommend her to anyone. Just a really bad vibe all around.
