Called about a potential carbon monoxide leak just after midnight. He asked me where the alarm was located and where the boiler is. He asked me a few more questions and then told me to turn the boiler and gas off. Then recommended buying 2 new Carbon monoxide alarms first thing but said in his opinion it was a faulty alarm. He said he was however happy to come out but was sure it was a faulty alarm. Seems like a genuine helpful guy trying to give an honest service. Have noted his number down for future use. Fabulous service from Stuart. After ringing a national call centre and a local plumber and waiting >an hour for a response we rang Stuart and he came within 20 minutes and then fixed the leak within another 20 minutes. Really nice bloke too. Will definitely be recommending him to anyone needing a plumber.
