When our boiler (I now also know it’s not actually a boiler to, who knew) conked out and with colours to rinse I called purdys plumbers and he was not only extremely fast and reliable he knew exactly what was wrong instantly. The part was bough and we were back up and running in no time. I couldn’t have been more impressed with Stuart’s level of knowledge, his professionalism and skill. Thanks so much for sorting us out. Would highly recommend

Called out Stuart to unblock a clogged drain from the shower/bath. He quickly recognised the problem was within the outside pipework. Just as quickly removed the blockage and solved the problem. He arrived when he said he would was very pleasant and very reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Called about a potential carbon monoxide leak just after midnight. He asked me where the alarm was located and where the boiler is. He asked me a few more questions and then told me to turn the boiler and gas off. Then recommended buying 2 new Carbon monoxide alarms first thing but said in his opinion it was a faulty alarm. He said he was however happy to come out but was sure it was a faulty alarm. Seems like a genuine helpful guy trying to give an honest service. Have noted his number down for future use. Stuart identified and fixed my leak really quickly and went beyond the call of duty to do a bit extra when he was here. Lovely guy too! Thanks Stuart
