Excellent service! Technician was terrific doing a furnace inspection annd cleaning. Also setup a Ecobee thermostat along with room sensors to get a better handle on balancing room temps. Love it when trades respond and follow through the way Purdy’s team did. Thats solid customer service.
The Team at Purdy's were great, We had a No Heat/No Hot Water emergency over the holidays, and my tenants were frustrated. The Purdy team came right away, diagnosed the problem, and sourced the part and had my furnace back up and running Right away...these guys are my "GO TO" for all of my mechanical work Thanks to Matt and Tyson @Purdy

We had a heat pump installed by another company over the summer. Last weekend the house wasn't getting heat so called Purdy's emergency line on Saturday night. The gentleman who answered walked me through a number of questions to diagnose what was happening and ultimately had me reset the furnace which thankfully gave us heat for the evening.
