I scheduled an appointment in PERSON and they somehow forgot to log it. Didn’t find out until the week after when trying to check in, so I was just turned away. Thanks PUSH! Good to know you care! Edit: I got sick again and they misdiagnosed pneumonia of all things and I had to go to IU health to not die, thanks PUSH

I've had excellent care both times I came. You can get a walk-in appointment easily if you're facing a moderately severe health concern (for me, allergic reaction and severe vomiting). All of the nurses and doctors in the extended care unit are knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful.

if you’re 5 minutes late, they cancel your appointment and charge you 25 bucks, even if it’s due to them not having enough parking space for patients. the ironic part is oftentimes they keep you waiting for up to an hour before actually seeing you. if it’s 25$ for every 5 minutes according to PUSH math, then i’m owed upwards of 300$ per visit. also, the consumer facing staff act annoyed and entitled as if you’re the problem even when it is patently clear they messed up. visit at your own peril

Push takes forever. Inconsiderate. Understaffed by Purdue. CAPS is useless when you need it most. Its called PUSH for a reason because all they do is PUSH people away from getting help.
