David & Bonnie Brunner Equine Hospital, 625 Harrison St Entrance E, West Lafayette, IN, 47907, United States
Get directionsThank you to each and every one of you who helped my sweet Holly girl end her pain yesterday. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my baby. Because of you guys she is now running through fields of wildflowers and no longer suffering. I appreciate each and every one of you more than you know.
I brought our miniature donkey to the Purdue Equine Hospital. He was very ill due to an unknown neurological condition. Dr. Stapley, Dr. Trsan, Dr. Jamieson, and all of the students who assisted in his care were wonderful. They would contact me at least twice a day and provide a complete update on his condition. They are thoughtful and caring people. They saved Alonzo’s life. Our family is very thankful for the Purdue Equine Hospital!!
This review is for the large animal hospital at Purdue. I have taken multiple animals to Purdue Large Animal Hospital over the years, including several for necropsies, but unfortunately, I have never received a definitive diagnosis in any case. Just thousands of dollars spent, and no definitive answers supported by clear, verifiable evidence.
Incredibly rude and cold customer service. My horse was in critical condition and it took hours and hours before I could get a hold of anyone. When being made aware of any problems they will always tell you “they’re Purdue students and don’t know better” but still think it’s okay to charge outrageous prices. My friend’s horse was a patient and they left their halter on so tight it left a sore on his face and they again said “oh they’re just students”. As a Purdue grad, I will never bring ANY animal to Purdue ever again.
Good service at OK prices, but lacks parking for long rigs and lacks stalls for a large number of horses.
Purdue University Equine Hospital has a 4.2 star rating with 10 reviews.
Purdue University Equine Hospital is open now. It is open 24/7.
