Dr. H has been seeing my 4year old for about 2 months now. She is just.. WOW. She describes things with such passion and so clearly. She is incredibly patient and does not rush any of our visits ever. Any questions we have she is quick to answer or finds the answer for us. She has help us process that our child has hearing loss, she has educated us on so many things. I cannot say enough good things about her. My daughter knows her as the potato head doctor bc she always has them for her to pay with. :)
Our family has been going to Purdue Audiology for 46 years, and they have always been wonderful. (one family member who is 50 years old has been nearly deaf since birth, and I lost much of my hearing as I got older) Their new building is very nice. Their kind service, caring, and knowledge has always been first rate. These are the people who teach tomorrow's crop of new audiologists, and the young audiology students learning the ropes. Highly recommended!
Lata Krishnan and the Purdue Audioligy Clinic are the best! I went in with a “weird” problem with my hearing aids. They identified and fixed it! I’m beyond happy with their service. Thank you Lata
Our family has been going to Purdue Audiology for 41 years, and they have always been wonderful. Lady who answered the phone this evening was very rude and short with me when I was inquiring on how to get things going to get an appointment set up. Very condescending attitude and very unprofessional! Highly disappointed! Update: after talking to a staff member on Facebook the issue has been addressed and will be resolved. Very happy it's being taken care of!
