Not even a courtesy phone call let us know you couldn't make a scheduled appointment. A whole day wasted. Thank you. This is the opposite of customer service.
Had a gentleman come out to look at my house for installing new pipes through our entire house. Said I would get a quote back within 24 hours. I have tried to get ahold of someone, no one ever answers. It has been weeks, since hearing back from them with a quote. Glad they have helped some people but I see this isn’t the first time they don’t respond. If you don’t want to do the work at least let the people know…
I have used them several times for my plumbing at my cottage and they have been fantastic. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly service! The work that was done was excellent. I deal with the trades a lot and am confident having Purdon's do the job.
