I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. When I needed to have my furnace replaced, I asked 4 companies for quotes. I even went to Purdon's office and spoke with two employees, and was shown an air to air heat pump set up that they were using. I was pretty excited. I was told I would get a call from the owner as soon as he was back from hunting. One week later no call. I contacted the office a second time, in case I had fallen through the cracks. Awesome service, very friendly. The receptionist was very helpful. They did a great job relocating our water systems and suspended the furnace. I would highly recommend!!

Called left messages, no response. Went into the store spoke with the receptionist, still no response. Called back left another message and still have not gotten back to me. Don’t even want to think about what would happen if they even did the job.

Installed furnace and AC with a few small hiccups. What sets Purdons apart from others is them dealing with it quickly and making sure that you are happy with the install. Doesn't get better than that.
