Had a tube blow out some ways out and stopped in at Purdies for a fix, passing through in the afternoon. Kim at the desk and the lad on the tools were very helpful and already under pressure with other repairs but still took the tyre. Told it wasn't repairable (some nicks on the inner tyre caused by the tube rattling around). An easy fix with patches but apparently there was too many. Cost: $38, but no repair. Please disclose there will be a cost if not repairable - 'no fix, no charge' is the norm.
Incredible customer service! I pulled in here at 3:30 desperately needing two tyres for my camper van. From start to finish, I was in and out in under 30 minutes, keeping my trip alive. Honestly, I can’t thank these guys enough. Their customer service is outstanding. If every business had service like these guys, the world would be a better place. Thank you Purdies!
