Called about a snake and was able to get same day service.
Let me start by saying the technicians and the work they all do is impeccable and I'm very happy with all of them. However, the billing department is a complete disaster. When I call the support number and select the billing option, I'm routed to a regular customer support agent and cannot be transferred to a billing representative. I request a billing rep call me back and am then told it could be up to 48 hours for them to call me back. Andrew, from Purcor, was very efficient and took care of our yard in a way we just can't anymore. Soil samples were taken and treatment with their ride on machine provided thorough coverage.
