Really good customer service at this location. And they provide really good quality Artificial turf at reasonable price along with option to do delivery.
Purchase Green probably has one of the best customer service we've ever experienced. Conrad, Shefali, and Malia were all exceptional, providing a resolution to our issue with the contractor ordering the wrong length! I dealt with Conrad and Malia today…I just came in to check out products and they just so happened to be having an installation demonstration. I returned for that which was very helpful in better understanding what was needed to perform the install myself. I ended up buying all of the supplies and materials today because of their great customer service and willingness to take the time to put on the demonstration. Needed a remnant piece of about 12 by 15. Since we live in an HOA community, it was supposed to be certain grass. Called and was told by a young man that they have piece in stock! Great. Made arrangement to come the next day after the Home Show at Cal-Expo. The only person there was Shefali, a location manager. She couldnt find the piece I was talking about.
