Dakota and Hank are very knowledgeable and helpful. My turf in the back yard had an awful urine smell from my 2 dogs and their friends, Dakota knew exactly what to give me and the smell was gone in a day! I had tried 2 items from Amazon and even a homemade formula and nothing worked. They had also put this beautiful turf in for the homes previous owner.
