Not getting the answers I need
This office is going to let me run out of a daily medication I take for a chronic condition because they didn't schedule me an appointment. I should not be burdened with knowing how often I must be seen to maintain a prescription. They said you can either come in tomorrow or go 3+ weeks without if you can't afford to do that. Hopefully I won't have an attack before I find a new gastro doctor.
I was referred to Dr Torok by Retired surgeon Ed Grogan, and this office has been highly spoke of by several people I know. I have been 100% pleased with the care I have received here. The office staff and nursing staff are all nice, kind, attentive and efficient. Dr Torok is such a nice person. She is caring and thorough. She takes time to talk with you and makes sure all your needs are met. Before my procedure she talked with me and came in to see me immediately after my procedure as well.
