Excellent service and friendly staff
should have known not to come back for and inspection and oil change because the last time they kept my car for 3 days no actual answer to determine when i would be getting it back and tried to charge 300 dollars for both services this time was no better i had called ahead to make sure i would have my car back in time for work today and called last time before close and the phone was ignored and they closed without calling to warn me i would be out of my car for another day and i would like to point out the long walk i had t... read more
Skip it! Methany, err, uh, I mean Phoenix and another Methican American employee we're having a full on argument right in front of us while the other two other delightfully oblivious employees sat idle. Only after the argument was finished were we half heartedly acknowledged while the 2 prison reformed orators threw a few more shot at each other. Over the raspy smoke burnt voices we were able to come to the conclusion by them flat out saying no to us we should go somewhere else. #Purcellvillesfinest.
We've been coming here 20 years....last time today, no more.Since SAA took over I jave not had a single good customer experience.
The new ownership of this once vibrant auto repair shop has run it into the ground since they bought it a year ago. This is no longer a local shop nor do they care about customer service one iota. Shop local, there are a number of legacy shops in the Purcellville and Hamilton area. This is no longer local nor one worth your business.
