Great customer service! The staff put me at ease when I scheduled appointments and asked questions. They also made an effort accommodating me, and letting me know when an earlier appointment opened up, I really appreciated that. I had the best experience with Dr. Bahar and his team, they are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I called Purcellville Endodontics Friday around 1pm regarding scheduling an appointment for a root canal. When I called the receptionist/scheduler was so understanding and very professional she stated she just had a cancelation for the same day at 4:15 and asked if I could make it. I was in so much pain. The dentist was wonderful and explained step by step the process. I would definitely recommend this office. This office deserves 100 stars!! I have serious dental anxiety. Dr. Bahar and his assistant were amazing! They were calming and gentle. If I should need another root canal I will definitely go back to them. I highly recommend if you need endodontic work!

I required a second root canal following an initial procedure performed at a different dental office. I was referred to Purcellville Endodontics. The initial phone consultation was concise and required minimal effort on my part. Upon arriving at their office, the administrative staff were friendly, welcoming, and approachable. I was not looking forward to a root canal, but it turn out to be relaxing and not uncomfortable at all. First of all the entire office was nothing like a dental office, very open feel, modern and of course clean. The receptionists were friendly and on top of their game. The Dr.was great as well was his assistant. Their communication was professional and calm, which I found I really appreciated.
