I've been a loyal customer of Purcell Tires for years, and they never disappoint. Last weekend, I ran over a screw and needed my tire fixed. Due to my work schedule, I wasn’t able to make it to the shop before 5 PM. I called Purcell and spoke with Fred, who was incredibly helpful. While they didn’t have any availability after hours, Fred offered a unique solution: their service van could come to my workplace and fix my tire. 2 new steer tires,3 axle alignment, very friendly and nice place to do business, better than local truck stops,no issues with alignment.
By far, the worst tire shop around, I didn't review my first experience because I didn't want to judge from first experience but after second chance, the car rides worse than when I brought it to you to have it fixed, and it vibrates worse, expensive lesson to learn but I will never go back to Purcell tire, I would not recommend, anyone can do better.
