Trailer had a blowout, I15 N by mm2. Less than 2hrs on the side of the road. Danny is the best, very professional, got us back on the road real quick.
My box trucks alignment was jacked.. Showed up early. They do not take appointments. First come first serve. The guy at the counter looked sorry when he told me the price. The alignment was cheaper than the tire I had to replace. Honestly I thought it was going to be more. Everything is more expensive on a box truck.
Cannot thank Purcell enough, great service, great people. We are from Indiana and were in Las Vegas for a family vacation. Our rental had a flat with a big screw in the tire. Thankfully we were right near Purcell when the tire went flat. They quickly fixed our tire so we could get back on the road, and as a Christmas/ New Year's gift, no charge. Outstanding customer service, wish we had a great shop like Purcell Tire near where I live. Thank you again for taking care of us.
Fast and friendly service. We had a rental that got a flat on the way to visit family in Vegas. I was able to come in same day and get it repaired instantly. Friendly service and amazing staff.
I called them this morning for wheel balancing and front end alignment. They are a first come first serve shop. I arrived around 11:15 and they were able to get me in for the balancing immediately. Once that was done it was maybe 15 minutes and they were able to get me in for the realignment. They were professional and did a great job! I will definitely return again when in the area and in need of their services.
