If you’re buying tires from Purcell Tire because of their “45,000-mile warranty,” do yourself a favor and don’t. I bought two tires with a 45,000-mile tread life warranty. They didn’t even make it to 10,000 miles. 9,800 miles and they were completely bald. That’s not “normal wear.” That’s failure. So I go in to get them warrantied. Front desk girl is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Did I say RUDE. She needs a class in customer service. Work was great. If you can deal with the rude cashier, great place, otherwise stay away from this place. If this is how they treated customers since 1936 I don’t know how they stay in business

The Nicest people! Donnie (service manager) was awesome! Fixed my ABS issues I had been dealing with for months! Several mechanics hands were in my car with no resolution! He had it returned to me in less than a day and completely fixed! Great people. Trustworthy. Just can’t say enough about these people!
