Shameful ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!! I called this shop to see how much they would charge to m/b 4 tires and they quoted me $100, so I took my car to them at 8am and was told it would take TWO hours. At 10 am I get a call from the shop manager telling me my car wouldn't be ready until 5pm...NINE HOURS TO M/B 4 TIRES!!!!!! I come to find out I was pushed to the back of the line because I didn't purchase my tires from this shop and the manager didn't like that I had brought them competitor's tires. Rick is Amazing Lost the key to my wheels, Discount would not even try, they had us sitting there for 5 HOURS, they lied and said they could take it off, did not even have enough tools...did not even try, they looked and said ...we cant do it...they were overwhelmed that I had no key.Disount only knows how to take a tire off and put it on, and they have no skill in case of emergencies."I went to Purcell and Rick asked me what the problem was, Rick said, get your car down here and I will get it off for you".
