I came with a clunking noise on my car and went here to get it checked out. Was told that I needed the U Joints or U Bolts and a mount for the transmission. Had to get parts ordered and when they arrived I saw the price of the parts and was shocked at how much I was charged. Paid over $600 dollars and the parts were only $80 bucks. I was shocked. Edit for update: Thank you for adressing every issue I had. The darn calipers was the problem all this time ! Wild but your team caught it and my 2011 lexus feels like a 2025 ! Ty ! I used then many times but this time was my last straw and they will not be my choice for auto maintenance or repairs. They had my car for 2 days and me and my husband had to uber for 2 days over 100 in charges. I have used them for a few thousands dollars worth and they remain unreasonable with discounts and deals when they consistently cause in... read more
We came in with a spare tire on and driving fine, we left with an expensive alignment problem they won't take responsibility for. The tire fix is "free" though, try somewhere else
