Super fast quote! Super fast service!. He was professional, thorough, and affordable. I needed a new doorknob and deadbolt for an apartment door. When I called, we scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. He arrived on time with everything he needed to do the job efficiently. Would definitely recommed!
TERRIBLE, called for emergency road assistance 7 miles from them. Randy sad they'd have someone to me in 20-minutes. Called again an hour later and was told they "forgot" about me. Use somebody else - not dependable.

Scott and the others are THE BEST! I take mannnnnyy cars (my own, family members, and friends) to Purcells in Peoria. I have never been disappointed in the service I have received. If I need a vehicle back by a certain time, I call and make an appointment. They let me know when I can drop off and pick up. If there is no rush, I drop vehicle off. Fast, friendly, & efficient. They took me in at the last minute & even worked past the stores closing time in order to get my vehicle back on the road.
I recently had an oil change at this location. When I went in I had a coupon for a free oil change. At first the guy that helped me was really hesitant about getting my oil change in my car kept telling me that it would be a long wait,not having enough to staff ect. I let him know I was not in any hurry that I could wait but he said we it will take 2 1/2 hrs I said its ok I'll wait. Not even 15 min later he said my car was done to me it seemed that it was too fast .well now 3 weeks later my car is requiring an oil change!! S... read more
