I've been going to Purcell for 19 years now and I've always had friendly, honest, upfront service
A terrible company—stay away from them. We had just replaced the tie rod ends and came in for a tire change and wheel alignment; they changed the tires but didn't do the alignment (claiming the tie rod ends needed replacing—even though they were already brand new). I do not recommend them.
Couldn’t do a simple tire repair will be taking my business to hardins for now on
I can't say enough good things about this place! They are reasonably priced and do honest, good work. I don't trust anyone else with my car!
