Landed in Kingman, AZ on Thanksgiving day with a bad trailer tire. The on-call service guy for Purcell met us at the shop and fixed us up with a new tire in short order. These folks are great.
Went in on a Friday at 4pm. Was helped by Kevin. Top notch customer service. Make sure and stop here if you need any type of tire service.
Called all over to find someone with a reasonable price on a trailer tire. Kevin took care of me, thank you! 10/10 would recommend!!
They couldn't get the tire I wanted, but Kevin went the extra mile. He looked into it and called me back with recommendations of area competitors that might be able to help me. That level of customer care is rare these days!
