Matt is the best mechanic!
My appointment was at 3pm. Took my car in the bay for an oil change at 3:08p. My car was ready I think it was around 3:45p. Great service, nice staff.
In a previous posting, I was not charged a tow fee. I was charged a diagnostic fee to find out what was wrong w/ my car. It was labeled wrong on my receipt. My car is running great. Excellent service. Thank you BJ and Curt!
Bought an Interstate battery from them 4 months ago. It’s dead. It has a 2 year warranty and you pay premium for it. Stopped in and they told me it’d be 6 days…..to test a battery. Which takes a few minutes. Never going back. Look elsewhere for actual service.
When I went to Purcell for an oil change they charged $250. I have a 2012 Toyota. Should have been less that a hundred. Then after leaving, all the lights on my dash was flashing so I took it back. They charged me another $250 for that and took my car out for a cruise at least 30 minutes. I was not happy. THEN after leaving, my door to my gas cap wouldn’t open. They quote $150 to fix it.
