Great costumer service nice and friendly people .
I can’t say enough about these guys at Purcell tire. And the office staff. We brought a tractor tire in and they immediately got on it. In a couple of days we had Another issue. Brought it back down, The immediately took care of it, and then wouldn’t charge us, saying that it was taken care of before. Definitely will do business here again. Great customer service.
The service for fixing my flat tire was great. However, I had to give my card information over the phone in order to pay for the service. Coincidentally, I had fraudulent a charge not even 6 hours after giving my payment information. My bank confirmed that the fraudulent charge was paid for with ApplePay. Really seems like the lady who took my card information over the phone helped herself by saving my payment information and using for herself later that day.
