The service for fixing my flat tire was great. However, I had to give my card information over the phone in order to pay for the service. Coincidentally, I had fraudulent a charge not even 6 hours after giving my payment information. My bank confirmed that the fraudulent charge was paid for with ApplePay. Really seems like the lady who took my card information over the phone helped herself by saving my payment information and using for herself later that day. I had 3 flats within one hour of buying tires before going out of town. The worker who arrived was a great human being. Most workers would not had came back to fix yet another tire, but he did and he fixed a mistake caused by Tire Tracks of Fayetteville. Tire Tracks did absolutely nothing to fix their error and showed zero concern for me being stranded out of town after buying tires from them. Affordable and fast. Popped a tire on the way to work and was too busy to deal with it myself- they had my tire and came out within a couple of hours. So easy. Thank you!
