Just had my first service at Purcell Tire and am very happy! The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly and I was in and out for a winter tire swap in just 35 minutes :)
This is the first place I ever call for anything tire related. They are always able to get me in for a tire rotation either the same day or the next day and they are quick! If there is a service you need that they don't provide, they always give a recommendation. Melissa is great. I talked with her for about 20 minutes yesterday, and even though they aren't a mechanics shop, she had no issue at all helping me.
This is the only tire shop I would whole heartlessly recommend in the area! Their prices are very reasonable and John is extremely experienced and pretty quick. John and Melissa were able to fit my 2022 Tesla model 3 performance in last second for a tire swap. I ended up having some issues with the new TPMS sensors that I brought along with my new set of rims and they swiftly brought me back in to install the correct ones. Thanks for taking great care of me guys!
