Arrived at the dealership early, Calvin the technician quickly helped me to get serviced. He removed two tandem tires looking for a leak. After 30 minutes of evaluation, he determined my valve stem extension was possibly leaking and he reinstalled the tires. The dealerships policy was that they did not repair and charged me $0. Extremely honest, hardworking, and fair. I’d recommend them to anyone!

We were in a bind because I needed a tire to be plugged in my wife's minivan so she could get to work, but we also had an appointment in Las Vegas so I would be hard pressed to get back in time. They went WAY far and BEYOND in Customer Service for us. I had only used them one other time as we are new to the area, but they treated us like we were long time customers and best friends. Their pricing is pretty reasonable but it took well over an hour for an oil change because they had to get a new oil pan drain plug delivered. They never mentioned it to us while we were sitting there in the waiting area. Communication is really important guys. If they would have told us we would have given them the plug we already had and been on our way.
I've been taking my vehicle's here for many years.They staff is friendly ,considerate and very professional. I highly recommend this service center.
