Dealt with Sam, Amazing customer service. He took the time to explain everything to me & completed the repairs on my Hummer same day. Highly suggest asking for Sam when you take your car to Purcell for automotive repairs

Arrived at the dealership early, Calvin the technician quickly helped me to get serviced. He removed two tandem tires looking for a leak. After 30 minutes of evaluation, he determined my valve stem extension was possibly leaking and he reinstalled the tires. The dealerships policy was that they did not repair and charged me $0. Extremely honest, hardworking, and fair. I’d recommend them to anyone!
