At 10 years and 130K miles, my infiniti Q45 has provided me with a series of breakdowns and maintenance to keep it in good working condition. I am thankful that the service and store manager know how to manage costs of repairs and I found by checking around that Purcell's gave me accurate quotes for parts and kept labor minimized. I have recommended this particular Purcells for several friends and nearly all have gone on to continue servicing their vehicle there...
Im a certified technician for over two decades and i took my vehicle there and they did a allignment ( SUPPOSENLY) I drove out from there called to confirm and was told it was tires and some front end parts were bad. I just got done rebuilding the front end thats why i sent it there, to have it alligned, So i put tires on it just to prove a point and took it to the old faithfull place Jack's Alignments on Thomas rd and my suspensions was correct.
