I can’t say enough about Daniel Garcia, he came in my time of need. I had a flat tire near the intersection of Bowles on 141 Thursday Aug 27. Called my husband, who after contacting 15 other services to get someone to come help me. I was alone and had no one near to reach out to. Daniel showed up, literally came to my rescue. Changed my tire and informed me my spare was not aired enough to get me home which is about 45 minutes west on 44. He suggested I come to the shop and see about getting a tire. Good place creating American jobs for American people.
Receiving opens at 6 AM, and they are prompt and organized. I got unloaded in about 45 minutes.. Everyone was nice and professional — thank you for the great service! For drivers: follow the truck route entrance via Purcell Dr, then Industrial Park. It’s easy access to the location and simple to find.
Corporate was to call me back ( i think ) back in November, but it didn’t happen. Road hazard is only 3 yrs. which i don’t recall when i purchased new tires. A lot of tire shops i spoke to have no time limit on road hazards, so long as the tire can be repaired and they were purchased there. So with that all said i will never buy any tires from them. I highly recommend going somewhere else for tires.
