I went into Jack's Tire & Oil in Salt Lake City on Fortune Rd, after an accident on the freeway in which some steel flipped up and blew our tire. I felt they were a trusted dealership when I was away from home. They told me they had put my spare tire back in place. It was not in place. I had to go back and ask them put the spare tire in place. As I looked at the tire they replaced they left one of the lug nuts off. They never told me it was off. They never offered to help me get it put back on. They said their mechanic was g... read more
I can't say enough about these guys! I manage a large fleet for a local company, and these guys have never failed me! Even if you're a last-minute kind of guy. Every diagnosis, mechanical failure, down to the tires has been taken care of, with my guys back out on the road in no time.
