Took car in for oil change and they put 1 qt too much. When I called about it the manager argued with me and said he knew what he knew what he was talking about. My wife took our car there for a flat repair and Tremont it on the car. They told her she had a tail lite out and asked if she wanted them to change it. She Asked what it would cost and they quoted her a price well over$20.She told them her husband would take care of it. When I checked the tail lights or they all worked. Do not use this business for auto repairs! They quoted $600, when I arrived to pick the car up the bill was $900 (they did NOT call to authorize the additional cost), and the AC does NOT work. This place is a total ripoff!

took my car in for an oil change..put distinctive scratch on oil filter beforehand. when I picked up my car the "new" filter had the same scratch. they DID NOT change the oil or filter but took $30 from me. my family and I had been going there for several years..they just lost our business!!
After spending $1500.00 on two tires for my RV, You would think the tire business would take the time to clean off my Aluminum Wheels after they used some type of gunk to mount the tres on the rims. Go into the place with cean rims, and drive off with dirty rims, asked if they cleans off the rims, shop foreman says, No, not part of service. What happen to SERVICE in business. Pay extra to clean off their mess. Last time, going there, going to pass around to others about Lack of Service, here in Pahrump,Nv.
Make sure to have cash or card if you are a truck driver. They don't take T-Checks!
At 10 years and 130K miles, my infiniti Q45 has provided me with a series of breakdowns and maintenance to keep it in good working condition. I am thankful that the service and store manager know how to manage costs of repairs and I found by checking around that Purcell's gave me accurate quotes for parts and kept labor minimized. I have recommended this particular Purcells for several friends and nearly all have gone on to continue servicing their vehicle there...
