I was surprised to see an dolder man drive to my home, I have an old Tappan heat pump 30 + yrs and Mr Purcell was able to not only repair my problems quickly an d fairly he was able to install parts that were no longer available. Seems the older generations is extremely knowledgable compared to these young kids I have had in teh past from other 'big' name fancy truck service people
