Many thanks to Cassandra Curtis of Purcell's, for contacting me after finding a debit card of mine which I dropped at a property I was inspecting today. She waited for me to return so that she could hand it back. I had no idea I had dropped it, so I really appreciate her honesty, proactivity and courtesy.

As tenants it's very easy to have a turnover of faceless agents that you deal with during the period of your tenancy. Carolyn Howarth has been and absolute diamond in an industry perceived to lack ethics and trust. She made every interaction personable and her professionalism was steeped in genuine care and pride in managing the tenant/landlord relationships. We never felt that she was solely an agent for the owners, but also represented our needs and requests equally.
