Most reviews are for the home owners but if you’re thinking of renting BEWARE. We had the oldest house they had on the cliff which was already falling apart and didn’t meet safety code. The garage was leaked, the fence was rotting, the whole house was falling apart and we still never complained. Only for them to take our whole bond when that wasn’t what we agreed upon. We do not recommend this agency or Brenden, the agent we worked with. What began with energy and promises quickly turned into one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences we’ve had. Communication dropped off almost entirely, and we were repeatedly left chasing updates and wondering if our property was even a priority.
