I think the biggest issue is the fact the office staff including the owners don't go out of their way to make life easy for you at Purcell's Birch Pines. The last office manager was not sweet and kind like in the dummy reviews you can read on other sites. She was oppositional and never came out of her office all winter. Anything that needed fixing, no matter how minor, had to be vetted and reviewed by the owners.
